Harrelson Store ships to most countries worldwide.
However, delivery to certain remote areas, islands, or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) may be limited depending on the shipping carrier and local logistics services.
Section 2 - Order Processing and Production
Once your payment has been successfully confirmed, your order will be prepared for processing.
Most of our physical products (including T-shirts, hoodies, and sweatshirts) are made to order to ensure quality and accuracy.
Estimated production/processing time:
3–5 business days
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
After an order has entered production or shipping, it may no longer be modified or canceled.
Section 3 - Shipping and Delivery Time (Physical Products)
After production is completed, the order will be shipped to the destination address using trusted logistics partners.

7–10 business days
Total estimated delivery time:
10–15 business days (including production and shipping)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
customs clearance procedures
international transportation delays
local courier delays
peak seasons or holidays
unforeseen logistics disruptions
Section 4 - Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
destination country
shipping method
order weight and size
The final shipping fee will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Section 5 - Order Tracking (Physical Products)
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor the delivery status.
Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to become available after the package has been shipped.
Section 6 - Digital Products (No Shipping Required)
Harrelson Store also offers digital products, which do not require physical shipping and are delivered electronically.
Digital files are typically prepared and made available within 24 to 48 business hours after purchase.
Orders for digital products cannot be canceled or modified once the file has been delivered or made available.
We provide customer support and assistance after purchase to help resolve any issues related to digital products.
Section 7 - Shipping Issues (Physical Products)
If you encounter any problems with your delivery, please contact our support team and we will assist you as soon as possible.
Common shipping issues include:
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the package and product and contact us immediately.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address when placing an order.
Harrelson Store is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
Lost Packages
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, we will review the case and work toward an appropriate resolution whenever possible.
